1. Letter to embassy (Your and if Spouse so from Her side as well)
2. Bank Statement (6 months)
3. Certificate of Account Maintenance from bank
4. Certificate of Balance from Bank
5. Complete Signed Contract Printed
6. Work Permit Printed
7. Work Permit Email Printed
8. All Passports Printed/all Pages photocopies including blank empty ones
9. Financial Sponsor Letter if any
10. Reservation/Stay Confirmation Letter
11. Flight Itinerary/Ticket (of your spouse as well if applying together for Visa)
12. 2 Pictures Passport Size (Do Not Staple) (Write on Back Name Block Letter and Visa Transaction number e.g., IRL4563345
13. Appointment Confirmation at VFS
14. Online Application Submission Summary and Receipt/Payment proof
15. Police Clearance Certificate
16. Original Passports(All)
17. Any other supporting documents (Degree MBBS etc., Domiciles, PMDC, CNIC, Covid Vaccination Cert, NOC from Employer, Exp Certificate, Testimonial from Consultants, Utility Bills)
18. FBR cert of Sponsor
19. FRC Family (if Parent or Sibling Sponsor)
20. FRC Spouse
21. Marriage Reg Cert
22. Invitation Letter to Accompany you/Live with you from your side to Immigration and Visa Officer in term/regards of your wife (like you inviting her)
23. Affidavit/LOS from Financial Sponsor (on Affidavit will be better)
24. Letter from Hospital for Confirming you and Your Spouse along with all your details in letter such as name passport no Visa transaction ref no Date of Birth Father Name Work/Employment Permit no Application ID Your Post Your Salary Your Duration of Contract/employment and to request visa officer to expedite process
25. I did not have a job, so I did not attach my pay slips or employment certificate. You will be required to attach the following:

Last 3 months pay slips from Hosp

Bank account showing regular pay deposits (highlight them in the bank statement and mention it in the letter)

Employment Letter (Service Certificate) Tax Certificate (mention that your salary is non-taxable) — Confirm this from HR

Attest both Police Clearance cert, Polio vaccine, FRC Family, FRC Spouse, Marriage Reg Cert from MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

Also get International License and Visit Protectorate if Emigrants of Pak Office for Insurance after you get Visa
